Haleem is a stew found across parts of Asia and the Middle East. It has many variations but is typically made with some kind of meat, grains and lentils. If you’re following my personal account you may have seen that I substituted the meat with jackfruit when making Haleem, but since we’re in the autumnal season I’ve been wanting to try it with pumpkin! This wholesome heartwarming stew is perfect for those chilly evenings!
