Happy National Hot Tea Day! And what better way to celebrate with a MASALA CHAI recipe! I’ve been wanting to share a masala chai concentrate recipe, as I love having spiced chai but don’t want to be brewing the spices and tea every single time! This recipe is by @gimmesomeoven but I switched out brown sugar for maple syrup and vanilla bean for extract. This recipe yields 4 cups, simply mix equal parts concentrate and hot milk or water. I added ½ cup of heated almond milk to ½ cup of concentrate for one serving and it was perfect!
