I've had the honor of being one of the 150 contributors to the Plant Based Planet cookbook, which features Vegan recipes and food stories from over 110 countries. It's been a delight to be involved in something that promotes plant based eating and diversity while representing my culture! As well as this being an awesome project, all profits from the book go to the Food Empowerment Project - a food justice organization that is working hard to create change to global food systems whilst fighting oppression.
