Aloo tikki is a spiced potato cake and can be enjoyed as an appetizer, side or snack. Since we’re not using eggs or breadcrumbs, you’ll need to cool and rest the potatoes after each step to reduce the starchiness for a crispy texture, so just be aware of the time, and prepare beforehand if need be. This recipe makes around 10 potato cakes. Feel free to adjust the chili to your taste.
